Van Akkeren concedes in Sheboygan
Dem state Rep. Terry Van Akkeren has conceded the Sheboygan mayoral race to Ald. Bob Ryan, according to the Sheboygan Press.
With 72 percent of the vote in, Ryan had 59 percent of the vote to Van Akkeren's 40 percent.
