Kloppenburg won't challenge election results; congratulates Prosser on win

JoAnne Kloppenburg says she will not seek a judicial review of the results of the election between her and Justice David Prosser.

"David Prosser has won this election and I congratulate him," Kloppenburg said during a press conference.

The recount of the April 5 election showed Prosser with a lead of about 7,000 votes.
