Dems: Waukesha Co.'s Nickolaus 'sitting on votes'
Graeme Zielinski of the state Democratic Party just convened the press gathered at the Pasch election party to say the party believes Waukesha Co. Clerk Kathy Nickolaus is "sitting on votes."
He said there were wards still out where the party showed success and they have not yet been released.
"There are dirty tricks afoot," said Zielinski. "Kathy Nickolaus is at it again."
He also said he believed the election had been "tampered with."
After seeming to suggest Sandy Pasch may not be coming to her party tonight, Zielinski backed off saying he was only speaking for the DPW. He added he would check with her campaign to determine Pasch's plans.
UPDATE, 11:15 PM: Word from the Pasch campaign now is the candidate will be coming into the room.
A representative from the campaign did not say how soon she would be here.
