Olsen declared winner over Clark

Sen. Luther Olsen has been declared the third GOP incumbent to hold his seat by Madison TV station WISC.

With 90 percent of the vote reported, the Ripon Republican had a 54-46 lead on Rep. Fred Clark, D-Baraboo, and the scroll at the bottom of the screen included a checkmark next to Olsen's name.

There's nothing official from AP yet.
