Hovde releases radio ads touting endorsements of Lasee, Vukmir
Eric Hovde’s Senate campaign released a pair of radio ads today touting the endorsements of GOP state Sens. Frank Lasee of De Pere and Leah Vukmir of Wauwatosa.
The spots follow similar scripts with Lasee and Vukrmir saying they don’t easily endorse candidates for office, but after meeting Hovde, “I knew right away we needed him fighting for us in Washington.”
In their separate spots, the pair say Hovde is a “political outsider” who spend his career in the private sector turning around companies and creating jobs. They also call him a “financial expert” who understands what’s needed to fix the economy.
“Washignton needs leaders who have the courage to make the tough decisions needed to balance our budget and but things back on track,” Lasee and Vukmir say. “Eric will be that leader.”
Hovde then begins speaking, thanking them for the support and promising to make the “tough decisions needed to turn our country around” after “career politicians left us with a mess.”
“I’m not a career politician, and I hope to be your citizen legislator,” Hovde says to close the spot.
