New Neumann ad uses "cocaine quail" study to criticize Obama
A new ad released today by former Congressman Mark Neumann uses a government funded study on the sex habits of quail as a way of criticizing spending by the Obama administration.
The 30-second TV ad, entitled "Cocaine and Quail Don't Mix," begins by showing two supposed scientists around a cage. One says that he's given cocaine to a quail as he puts it in the cage, while they wait for the two to mate.
"Can you believe our government spent $400,000 to study the effect of cocaine on the sex habits of Japanese quail?" Neumann asks as he walks into the lab. "Barack Obama's spending is killing our economy."
He then touts his plan to cut trillions out of the federal budget without higher taxes.
The ad ends with Mark Neumann calling Obama's spending "ridiculous."
