Thompson outraises opponents with $834k in second quarter

Former Gov. Tommy Thompson raised $833,912 from April 1 to June 30, according to the campaign.

There were no details as of yet on Thompson's cash on hand.

Thompson's amount is about $100,000 more than former Congressman Mark Neumann, whose campaign said he raised about $733,000 during the same time frame. Eric Hovde raised nearly $240,000 in the same quarter.

Assembly Speaker Jeff Fitzgerald has not yet released fundraising numbers yet.
