Ryan in the spotlight as Romney plans Saturday morning VP announcement

Multiple media reports indicate presumptive GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney is set to announce his vice presidential nominee tomorrow in Virginia at the USS Wisconsin, leading to widespread speculation that he's set to pick Wisconsin's Paul Ryan.

NBC News says it has three sources confirming Ryan is Romney's pick.

Romney's official announcement is set for 8 a.m. Saturday.

If Ryan’s added to the ticket, he won’t have to give up his 1st CD House seat, which was made more Republican under the new maps GOP lawmakers approved last summer.
