Senate Conservatives begin running ads for Mark Neumann
The Super PAC arm of the Senate Conservatives Fund has put out a new ad for former Congressman Mark Neumann touting his conservative credentials.
The 30-second TV advertisement from Senate Conservatives Action, entitled "Shake Up," starts by reflecting on Neumann's time in Congress, saying Washington "never saw anything like him."
"Neumann took on Democrats and Republicans for spending too much," the narrator says. "He got the top rating from Citizens Against Government Waste, then came back home to run a business."
The ad ends with the narrator saying Neumann is the right man to send to Congress if you want to "shake up" the Senate.
According to recent FEC filings, the group spent $100,000 on this particular ad buy. They estimated the production of the ad cost an additional $15,000.
