Majority PAC, SEIU ad rips Thompson over corporate ties
Democratic group Majority PAC and the Service Employees International Union today unveiled a new TV ad criticizing Tommy Thompson over his ties to corporations.
"If Wisconsin families were all big corporations, we could pay Tommy Thompson to cut our taxes," an announcer says at the beginning of the ad. "Just like he's promised to do for all those companies who've paid hum over 13 million as their DC insider."
Instead, the ad continues, "Thompson is sticking us with the bill."
"He's taking care of special interests, while Tammy Baldwin will be looking our for ours," the spot ends.
