Obama campaign announces details of Biden's Eau Claire stop

Vice President Joe Biden will give a speech at the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire's W.L. Zorn Arena as part of his campaign stop there Thursday, according to details of the trip that were released this afternoon.

Biden will address the president's approach to the economy and contrast it with the proposals from the GOP ticket.
