AFP-Wisconsin announces $1 million ad buy
Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin announced today it is putting $1 million into an ad buy for a TV spot that it originally aired in mid-August attacking Dem Senate candidate Tammy Baldwin.
The spot will air in Milwaukee, Green Bay, Madison, La Crosse, Wausau, Minneapolis-St Paul and Duluth-Superior. A spokesman said it begins tomorrow and runs through Oct. 10.
The spot features a series of people saying Washington can “sure learn a lot from Wisconsin” before knocking Baldwin for her vote on the health care bill and the national debt. The spot closes with a man urging viewers to call Baldwin and “tell her to stop wasteful spending.”
