Jill Biden touts early voting in Madison
Dr. Jill Biden told a room full of Dem supporters in the Obama Campaign's downtown office that the campaign needs supporters to vote early and turn out other voters in the final two weeks of the race.
"This is about your lives and the direction this country is taking," the vice president's wife said this morning on the first day of early voting in Wisconsin.
Biden, in the midst of a three-day sweep through the Badger State, touted the Obama administration's efforts to bolster education, the military and women's issues, telling supporters she'd be involved in the campaign even if her husband wasn't on the ticket.
"It's not going to be me. ... You're going to make the difference," Biden said.
The second lady will be in Appleton later this morning for another early voting event.
