Rasmussen: Thompson 48, Baldwin 46

The latest poll from Rasmussen Reports has Tommy Thompson edging Tammy Baldwin 48 percent to 46 percent in Wisconsin's U.S. Senate race.

Three percent favored another candidate, while 3 percent were undecided.

The poll was conducted Thursday, the same day the two met for the second of three debates in the race.

The automated phone survey of 500 likely voters had a margin of error of plus or minus 4.5 percentage points.
